About the role
This is an exciting role at the heart of our business to provide a high quality, confidential administrative support to the Group Chief Executive, our Executive team and the wider business.
As Executive Administrator, you will be able to work independently and interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, using a high degree of initiative, judgement and discretion in carrying out your duties.
About you
This role would suit a self-motivated individual with strong communication skills who has the ability to plan and manage their workload effectively and deal with varied and competing priorities.
The role requires you to have a good practical understanding of Office 365 and specifically how to collaborate in real time with various stakeholders.
You will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience providing high level business administration AND GCSEs in Maths and English, at Grade C or above, or equivalent OR 5 years’ experience providing high level business administration.

We are looking for a Housing Officer to deliver an effective patch management service. You’ll ensure tenancies are managed, help people to sustain tenancies, manage rental income and oversee excellence in service delivery to customers. It will be fast paced, it will not always be plain sailing, but it will be so rewarding. We are looking for someone who is a problem solver, confident, customer focussed, resilient with a flexible, can-do attitude will help the service run smoothly.
We’re confident that you can bring expertise and experience that will help you excel at your job. What you need to show us is your drive for success, your passion for enjoying what you do and your authentic approach in following up on what you promise. You will have experience of working in housing/support services or tenancy management or community development/voluntary sector.
Excellent IT skills are required as well as the ability to organise, prioritise a busy workload in a vibrant working environment and to respond and adapt to changing priorities to deliver a quality service.
Travel across Belfast will be part of the job and you should be able to do this without relying on public transport.

As one of the leading NI Housing Associations, we currently provide over 5,600 homes throughout Northern Ireland for families, older people and for those who need support. Our aim is to provide housing that is welcoming to all. We are currently enjoying a period of substantial growth and have an ambitious plan to deliver 1,400 much needed homes over the next five years.
A bit about the role
At Clanmil, our tenants are at the heart of what we do.
Our Caretakers maintain the highest levels of cleanliness at our schemes and are responsible for the cleaning of all communal areas in the buildings, acting in a neighbourly and friendly fashion to tenants of the scheme and their visitors.
You will have previous experience working within a similar role. We have several Caretaker roles based across Greater Belfast.
