A bit about the role
As Scheme Co-ordinator you will promote the independence, dignity, security, privacy, confidentiality, rights and wellbeing of our customers in independent living. You will also be responsible for supporting our tenants to lead the lives they choose as independently as possible, signposting and working closely with other agencies.
This role have the most direct impact in our communities and on the lives of the people we support.
We will need you to be flexible in order to meet customers' needs including occasional evening work. The role will require some reasonable travel to cover neighbouring schemes for e.g. holiday cover so you should be able to travel to meet the requirements of the post without relying on public transport and apply a flexible, smart approach to delivery that will demonstrate that things can be done sustainably and be able to respond to out-of-hours emergencies when required.
A bit about you
You will have a good understanding of what great customer experience looks like. Experience of working with people with a range of different support needs, completing support plans and a good understanding of housing related support would be extremely useful in the role but we can provide training on these areas.
This isn’t a hands-on caring role – strong administration skills, digitally connected with previous experience of working with computer packages is essential to your success in the role. Building and maintaining respectful relationships is key.

As Planned Service Officer you will oversee great customer experience to our customers as part of Clanmil’s service obligations and ensuring the Association meets all its service obligations.
A building/construction qualification HNC (or equivalent) AND two years recent experience in a service delivery/housing maintenance environment is essential.
Exceptional candidates who do not meet the qualification requirements but have 4 years’ experience in a service delivery/housing maintenance environment should also consider applying.

As Senior Carer, you will be maintaining effective record-keeping, administering medication, leading and supporting the team of dedicated staff in providing person-centred care and support services to our residents. You’ll drive performance through supervision and mentoring of staff, delivering induction and coaching and you will be a strong role model, with residents’ needs, dignity and respect at the heart of the role.

About you:
We’re seeking an ICT Support Technician to join our ICT team and make a tangible impact on our colleagues, customers and organisation. You will assist the ICT department in providing 1st level technical support.
