Development Officer
37 Hours Per Week
Salary: £34,543 - £38,972
About the role:
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Development Officer to join our team to help us deliver our ambitious development programme and manage our new developments on site. This rewarding role will provide you with an opportunity to develop and nurture relationships with property contacts and established developers in order to secure a pipeline of social housing projects, leading on best practice approaches and regulatory compliance.
This exciting opportunity will suit a self-motivated individual who has excellent communication and organizational skills, is an effective negotiator and has a proven ability to problem solve.
About you:
You will have a third level qualification AND 1 year’s recent experience (within last 5yrs) in either of the following fields, i.e. a property / housing / construction / project management environment OR 3 years recent experience (within last 8yrs) in either of the following fields; property / housing / construction / project management / architectural environment.
An interest in or knowledge of housing, to include planning processes, development processes and basic construction knowledge and have good negotiating and problem-solving skills, able to identify weaknesses within systems and procedures and actively engage with colleagues to create solutions and update working practices.

Senior Development Officer

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Development Officer to join our team to help us deliver our ambitious development programme and manage our new developments on site. In this rewarding role you will work closely with the Development Managers to ensure delivery as per agreed specification, on time and within budget. You will achieve this through leading and managing your team, promoting collaborative team working and encouraging innovative thinking.

You will have a third level qualification in a property/construction related subject AND 3 years recent experience in a property/construction environment (within the last 8 years) OR 5 years recent experience in a property/construction related environment (within the last 8 years)
You will have practical experience of managing Professional Consultants in accordance with their appointed scope of services.

Corporate Risk & Performance Lead
37 hrs per week – circa £39k-45k (under review)
You will further develop and implement robust frameworks for risk and performance management (including the monitoring of KPIs), data protection and internal audit. You share your expert guidance across the organisation through analysing and reporting on data, reporting, coaching and targeted training. You will oversee internal audit arrangements, support the risk management programme and use your insight to support our organisation.
The full criteria is detailed in the job description and includes being educated to a degree level with 3 years’ relevant risk and assurance experience. If you don’t have a degree, but have 5 years’ relevant experience, you should also consider applying. You should have also knowledge of risk management principles, frameworks, strategies, and techniques applied at strategic, project/program, and operational levels to contribute to effective corporate governance.

The full criteria is detailed in the job description but you will have an HNC/HND or HNC/HND or equivalent/higher qualification in an administrative related field AND 1 years’ experience in a governance/risk/performance/assurance role. Alternatively, if you have 3 years’ experience, we love to hear from you too!

Ballinska Heights is a general needs scheme. As a Domestic Assistant you will be responsible for the cleaning of all communal areas in the apartment buildings and to act in a neighbourly and friendly fashion to tenants of the scheme and their visitors. You’ll have previous experience working as a Cleaner/ Domestic Assistant/Caretaker in a paid or voluntary working environment.

DAY CARE ASSISTANT

A bit about the roleAt Clanmil, our tenants and residents are at the heart of what we do, and we want to provide more great homes for families that need them. There is a real opportunity for the right people to provide a range of care and support services to our residents, including assisting with the preparation and serving of meals and general housekeeping tasks.
A bit about you
If you understand the importance of promoting independence, choice and dignity and are passionate and motivated to make a difference to people’s lives, this could be the job for you. You will have previous experience of caring for the elderly and be able to verbally communicate in the English language with the client group. Literacy skills, working as part of a team and the ability to show empathy, compassion and a genuine caring nature are essential.
An NVQ level 2 in a relevant subject, such as care, would be advantageous, as would experience of working with people with dementia. You will be registered with the NI Social Care Council (NISCC) or be prepared to register at the time of offer, to carry out this role.
